My Bodybuilding Physique Update on August 2022
This is my bodybuilding physique update on 25 August 2022.
Adjusting My Diet, Training and of course, My Bodybuilding Posing Trunk.
Since the starting of the month of August this year, I have been increasing my protein intake up to and over 300 grams per day, and I really feel the improvement of my physique. I have been enjoying my bodybuilding training & posing every day as usual. I strongly believe that adjusting all these details, such as diet, training and even the position of my posing trunk, will give me an edge on my bodybuilding mindsets and performance.
Bodybuilding is Science, but it is also Art, and most importantly, it’s my Passion!
As an Alpha Man, I know exactly what I want. It is my dream to live a sustainable & healthy lifestyle of bodybuilding until the day I die. Bodybuilding is like the source of life, just like Arnold Schwarzenegger once said: “Having a pump is like having sex.”. Therefore, not only I train hard, but also long, in the gym, to keep my own physique, aka my “swolemate”, strong and healthy.
