You must be really glad that you have found a bodybuilder who practices semen retention with the knowledge of the Tantra Yoga. I’m going to share with you my fit lifestyle through bodybuilding semen retention and muscle worship.

Choose to Build Muscle, instead of Losing Energy for Nothing by Jerking Off

Therefore, unlike any other, to me, bodybuilding muscle worship is part of my lifestyle of being confident of myself and showing off my hard work and muscular body in my daily lives while staying disciplined through Semen Retention for Bodybuilding. Such as going to the grocery stores, training and flexing muscle in the public to inspire others. People in the public often express their admiration as the form of worshiping as well. Taking care of my muscle is part of bodybuilding muscle worship too as my muscles are usually sore due to training.

Therefore, it’s important to go for a massage to improve the muscle recovery. Therefore, through the practice of semen retention, it helps create stronger foundation of values such as discipline, self-control and perseverance in everything that I do especially bodybuilding.

I strive to inspire others around me and online, to be disciplined while cultivating the energy through bodybuilding semen retention and muscle worship.

Bodybuilding muscle worship is about honoring myself through self-love, self-control, hard work and discipline with the practice of Semen Retention.
Basically my ways towards the enlightenment are through:

With discipline and self-control through bodybuilding semen retention and muscle worship, you can create great achievements! Just like Steve Jobs & Muhammad Ali who practiced semen retention as well! It’s basically about transmuting your lust energy towards your mental & physical fitness.

You may also google about the facts of Steve Jobs as well as Muhammad Ali who practiced Semen Retention. They were so focused on their crafts that he was able to control his lust and transmute the energy to achieve success. That is because when you have full control of your lust energy, your body, your mind and your soul will be so strong and solid that can help you achieve anything you want in your life.

Below are the mindsets which you need to have in order to receive the wisdom through bodybuilding semen retention and muscle worship:

1. Bodybuilding is a Respectful Sport

Despite some say Bodybuilding is like art or a beauty pageant. However for me, it’s a sport that requires lots of time, efforts and hard work. It’s not something like you were born to have good-looking and solid muscle. Just like any other sports, firstly you need to love the sport and compete physically, and also mentally to be the best version of yourself, despite the limits of genetics. It’s more like a sport to me, and it’s a belief that you must have.

2. Muscle Inspires You

Silence is golden, focus more on training instead of chatting or gossiping in the gym. If you can find someone who is serious like that in the gym, he will be a good mentor in the gym. Every contraction of muscle can influence and inspire you positively to be fit. I have to give credits to Franco Columbu who was the Mr. Olympia back in the 70′ and 80′. He mentioned that you need to communicate with your muscle in the gym, flex it in front of a mirror after doing a set of exercises, grunt and talk to your muscle! Focus on yourself, do not care about others.

3. Training, Diet and Recovery are Important

Train, Eat, Sleep and Repeat. Calibrate your mindset, make good habits. Have good quality of sleep and wake up early in the morning. Have some food of carbohydrate and lots of protein such as breads, peanut butter, eggs, bananas and protein shake. Then you would be good to go to the gym for workouts.

4. Semen is the Energy for Bodybuilding

A single sperm can create millions of lives. We were once sperms, growing up to be humans. Therefore, semen is considered the main source of our existence. We exist, only then the world can exist in our reality through senses. That’s why it’s very important to preserve the source for greater purposes, such as bodybuilding.

Do not misinterpret the energy and do not misuse the energy for pleasure and relief, but use it to create more energy to build muscle, and also build a lovely family.

5. Lifting is Good, Wanking is Bad

Though it’s quite subjective, but for me, ejaculation does affect your muscle growth, energy level and motivation level. It’s about overcoming your lust, be the master of your lust, not the slave of your lust. Keep your mind and body busy with bodybuilding. Wear a gym attire or even a posing trunk for sleeping at night, then wake up and go to the gym in the morning. Stay focused on what you want to achieve. You gotta have good habits to achieve the body you want.

6. The Sacred Meaning behind a “Posing Trunk”

“Posing” is of course about flexing and showing off muscle.
For “Trunk”, according to the Oxford Dictionary, it also means: “The main woody stem of a tree as distinct from its branches and roots”. So what is inside a trunk that I wear, is basically like the main wood of energy to support all the muscle parts including my pecs and biceps, just like the main woody stem supports its branches. To understand this, it’s definitely not about having an erection for a bodybuilding show, it’s about transmuting the energy from “the trunk” to build muscle.

7. Connect with your Mentor

Confidently and openly admiring my muscle in the public or online is the greatest way to keep your mindset updated and to keep yourself inspired. The blood flow and my pumped muscle inspire you to have good blood flow in your body as well. Just like if you see someone is healthy and happy, you will feel healthy and happy too. Inspiration is contagious. Therefore, if you see a bodybuilder who is pumped with muscle and healthy blood flow in it, you will feel the same too and be inspired by it.
